Restore PT specializes in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and various manual therapies including dry needling treatments. We offer more than traditional physical therapy. We focus on wellness and health and preventative medicine. Ideally, the time to address an imbalance in the body is before it creates pain.
Our certified physical therapists, led by Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Kim Scales, are passionate about providing highly individualized care in a comfortable atmosphere that is uplifting, highly-skilled and service-oriented.

Dr. Scales has successfully owned and operated a physical therapy clinic, In Balance Rehab, for over 10 years in Cocoa Beach, FL rehabilitating athletes back to surfing, running, swimming and various other outdoor sports. She is thrilled to bring her expertise to the Boulder, Colorado community.
